Collective Aviation is a specialist drone operator that designs, builds and operates platforms to acquire, manage and process data through aerial and ground solutions. We create platforms that dramatically shift data analytics performance in our clients.

We have a comprehensive set of certifications for drone operations across security, mining, agriculture, marine, long distance aviation, payload deployment and access to restricted and controlled airspaces.
We are a fully licensed drone operator with a unique Umbrella Remote Operations Certificate, enabling third parties to quickly and legally operate drones across South Africa.
Tech is in our DNA – we have a strong tech background and have partnered with top tech companies like Nokia and Comsol Networks. We are continually scanning the world to identify concepts, services, platforms and knowledge to bring to bear with our local clients.
We operate a strategic partnership with the largest training school in Sub-Saharan Africa. Together we offer South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) certified courses from beginner, through BVLOS, to bespoke courses for special projects.
We offer a flexible approach to delivery with solutions ranging from simple ‘time & material’ to ‘Platform as a Service’ models. We take time to understand our clients’ journeys and seek partnership models to share risk and reward.
We run capital assets (CAPEX) as an efficient (risk shared) leased expense (OPEX) through our unique platform service offering.
